Terms of Service — Meridian AI Trading Intelligence Platform

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Meridian at www.meridianmarkets.co or through our Telegram bot @getmeridian_bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform.

2. Not Financial Advice

        Important: Meridian provides AI-generated market analysis, trade signals, and educational content for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. You should always do your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
      

All AI signals, briefings, chart analyses, and insights are generated by automated systems and carry inherent limitations. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss — you should never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Subscription Plans

Meridian offers three tiers of access:

Free: Limited access to signals, portfolio tracking (3 assets), watchlist (3 assets), trade journal (10 entries), 1 chart analysis/day, and 1 daily briefing
Pro ($5/month or $50/year): Extended limits — 10 portfolio assets, 10 watchlist assets, 5 signals/day, 10 chart analyses/day, 100 journal entries/month, 5 briefings, 1 AI pattern analysis/day
Premium ($49/month or $490/year): Unlimited access to all features including unlimited journal entries, chart analyses, and 3 AI pattern analyses/day

Prices are in USD. We accept payment via PayPal and cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use Meridian. Each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform (except through our official API and Telegram bot)
Redistribute, resell, or publicly share premium content (signals, analyses, briefings) without authorization
Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
Create multiple accounts to bypass tier limits

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Meridian — including AI-generated signals, briefings, analyses, and the platform's design, code, and branding — is owned by Meridian and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our content for personal trading decisions only. Commercial redistribution requires written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the platform
Any trading decisions made based on our signals, analyses, or content
Unauthorized access to your account
Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in AI-generated content
Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. Market data is sourced from third-party providers (CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance) and may experience delays or outages beyond our control.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent our systems. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to premium features ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized data for analytics purposes.

10. Privacy

Your use of Meridian is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
